Waste Water Treatment Leader & EHS Compliance (Nhà máy Hà Nam)

1. WWT system Management

• Operate WWT system according to standard procedures, ensuring water treatment parameters are controlled.
• Inspect and repair equipment daily to detect potential damage.
• Conduct proper testing of the WWT process and prepare chemicals according to standards.
• Support the PM team in preventive maintenance and repair of wastewater treatment equipment.
• Propose timely replacements for materials and spare parts.
• Accurately record and report water treatment process parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures by contractor employees.
• Propose improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce chemical costs.
• Report any incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Train and guide team members on water treatment processes and ensure understanding of sampling, testing, and reporting procedures.

2. EHS Compliance

• Monitor the implementation of requirements from the EHS management system standards (GEHSMS).
• Support the EHS Supervisor in supervising the implementation of firefighting activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Support the EHS Supervisor in guiding and coordinating with Job Monitors to ensure that contractor employees work safely.

• College degree in Wastewater Treatment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment.
• Supervisory skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards is preferred.
