Mô tả việc làm
Functions, area of responsibility and competences of the position:
• To oversee the preparation and distribution of work orders to factory operations ,schedule factory operations and ensure proper work flow at the plant
• To ensure people, plant and materials are deployed effectively to meet delivery dates and quality standards
• To manage the introduction of new production lines while maintaining regular schedules of current products
• To co-ordinate the work, and to direct and assist shift leaders in solving day-to-day problems
• To train and appraise the performance of production employees
• To work closely with all the departments involved with Production to maintain schedules and effect changes and revisions.
• To manage the distribution of materials for production
• To report on problems and activities undertaken within the Production department

– At least 5 years in the same position level in manufacturing
– Experience with Lean, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and 45001
Competency:

Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Must adopt a practical approach towards work
Must be methodical, open mind and improvement mind set
High level of problem solving and analytical skills
