Mô tả công việcScope of Position:• Provide leadership for quality technician during the shift and to implement product inspection, test, quality supervision for a production line as defined in the Quality Control Plan in order to ensure that all products manufactured in Gentherm Vietnam highly satisfy all aspects of quality requirements• To support and cultivate a culture of First-time quality, Zero Defects and Continuous improvementResponsibilities:• Lead and provide technical guidances to quality technician.• Assign tasks and suppervise implementation of tasks from Quality technicians duing the shift• Regular failure collection and initial analysis (collect information e.g. environment, picture, operator etc.). Input failure data input into the non-conformity system (IBS system)• To be responsible for the final evaluation and decision (rework, scrap, immediate repair) regarding any enquires about inferior product or customer complaint regarding any of the company’s products or services• To capture real produciton condition at time it cause defect through 5W2H method and to implement innitial defect analysis e.g. from D1 to D3 which including defining containment actions to resume line to produciton while meeting all quality related requirements.• To approved for containment actions on shift• To stop shipment to ensure that non-conforming product do not ship to customer and stop production to correct quality problems or process that do not comform to requirements• Ensure that existing inspection equipment is calibrated and certificated• Perform material transaction in the system withing related Quality module• Assure for fulfilment of training for all members within managed areas• Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on performance of product and process quality in the shift.
