Key responsibility: The responsibility of the Leading Hand is to manage all the technical aspects of the production and under the direct supervision of the Prodution Manager and Operation Manager. Ensuring the technical work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
– Leading Hand is responsible for technical supervision and guiding the team members in their tasks.
– Researching and introducing the new processing method to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
– Proceding of agreed breakdown concepts, production methods, drawing office for detailing, and production staff for implementation.
– Manage the construction of jigs.
– To cooperate with Team Leader/ QC to support the process of QC.
– To guide and train the Team Leader technicians and workers in terms of technical knowledge of the manufacturing process and the correct operations of the equipment, tools, and consumables supplied by the company.
– Manage all the technical aspects of the production and ensure the technical work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
– Supervising, training, and working with all teams regarding technical requirements and technical improvement on the products daily.
– Assisting Team Leader s in increasing the performance of each sector in production.
– Leading Hand may be consulted for guidance or assistance in resolving any issues or challenges faced by the team leaders.

– Làm việc: HÀNH CHÍNH từ 8h-17h, 24 ngày công trong tháng

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

 Minimum 5 years of experience as Production & Manufacturing management or Factory Manager in metals/stainless steel products’ manufacturing.
 Fluent English & be skill in using MS Office.
 Must have a experience in mechanical engineer, AutoCAD, and Solid Work.
 Must have a machanical engineering knowledge base.
 Strong leadership quality, time management skills, good planning skill & good in communication.
 Willing to handle multi tasks
