– Mini LED development ( Open 5 positions)

– Thermal structure: Heat and stress simulation – Thermal analysis, structural stress analysis (open 1 position)

– Optical simulation: Optical simulation – PKG light efficiency improvement and optical design (open 1 position)

– Material development: PKG material evaluation – encapsulant, paste, housing, etc…(open 3 positions)

– Phosphor: New light emitting material blending test, LED PKG application, and comparative verification (open 2 positions)
