• To undertake product development requests from customers
• Product evaluation and design
• Conducting creating manufacturing processes for products and setting standards for new products
• Supervise new products when running tests, and solve problems that arise during Test
• Synthesize data analysis report after completing the new product valuation
• Work with Engineering and Production teams on recipe setup as well as standards for new products
• Making documents related to new products prepared for delivery
• Conducting a new product transfer meeting with the departments of Engineering, QA, Production …
• Report and receive work assignment from superior management

Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, semiconductor materials…
Degree: Doctorate and Master’s degree, Engineering degree
• Experience in Engineering or R&D in electronics manufacturing companies ..,
• Using English at work
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office computing
• Proficient in Auto CAD drawing software
