Mô tả công việcDepartment: Process EngineeringReports to: Industrial Engineering Leader/Team Leader Location: Ha Nam, VietnamScope of Position: Take part in APQP processes and fullfil Tasks, detail as below:• Develop and launch new/transfer projects according to Gentherm APQP/PCP procedures• Improve existing procedures, processes, projects from start of production to products end of life• Take over leadership or specialist/key user responsible for Gentherm local projects, processs, programmes and procedures.Responsibilities(for executives additional: the subordinated departments with the particular functions of the employees):• Be involved in quoting process for new projects: mainly responsible for defining processes, manufacturing cost, investment and materials scrap calculation…• Create/maintain routing for items in SAP, include: Process sequence, material allocation, tools assignment, Materials scrap rate maintainance, standard time by using CAPP knowledge (Global time standard database)• Plant overall capacity analysis and required actions to adapt with demand fluctuation and fulfill customer’s demand requirement• Define production floor layout, flow and material supply route• Define, implement WIP between processes, visualize and control• Maintain iTac, SFCS (MES) per each item• Analize processes continously to identify improvement opportunities, and co-operate with other teams for productivities improvement• Participate in Lean projects to apply lean concept in manufacturing• Training to related staffs related IE fieildKey Relationships:• Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Global• Design Engineering, Sale, Project Management Global Team• Local Departments: Production, Quality, SCM, HSF, IT, Finance, HRYêu cầu công việcCompetencies:• Analytical and problem solving skills: Able to analyse, evaluate data and information from varios areas of the business and to come up with summarized argument and conclusion• Time management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills• Fluent in using offfcie tools: Outlook, Ms offices (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)• CAD 2D skills, be able to read understand drawings for processes• Experienced in using SAP related modules: Routing, CAPP; Production Planning, Material Management are preferred• Proficienct in lean tools to apply in manufacturing• Knowledge and experience in 5 cores tools: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, +preferred• Fluent in English – 3 skills (listening, speaking, writing)Education:Bachelor degree, preferred in technical fieldsTraining/Certifications: Refer to the latest version of training matrix.• Department Specific Training MatrixExperience:• Minimum 1 Year of working experiences in manufacturing• Experienced in automative is preferredQuyền lợi được hưởngAttractive BonusShuttle Bus from Hanoi for EmployeesLunchThông tin khácNgày Đăng Tuyển13/03/2023Cấp BậcNhân viênNgành NghềSản Xuất , Tự động hóa/Ô tô , QA/QCKỹ NăngChất Lượng Công Đoạn, Chất Lượng Sản Phẩm, Quality Inspection, Process Quality, Quality ControlNgôn Ngữ Trình Bày Hồ SơTiếng AnhNộp hồ sơ liên hệ Gentherm Vietnam Co., LTD.Nộp hồ sơ ngay
