* GSM team is a global sales management team. Together with local salesman, GSM members are working directly with customers, but GSM communication is mainly after D/W.
* Procurement sales with customers:
– Communication with customers directly, B2B Sales
– Discuss with customers directly for Forecasts & Purchasing Order
* Forecast processing and management:
– Load & Upload future Forecasts to SAP, manage FCST accuracy
* PO processing and management:
– Create sales order and manage backlog
– RTF management
– Escalate critical demands
* Generate Price Approval Requests
– Price check
– Price registration
* Process Sample Requests: Register sample request ( Mass Production , R&D )
* Shipment processing:
– Forwarder selection and request booking
– Create invoice/PL and request shipment
– Send Invoice and Packing list
– Upload invoice and packing list for KMS shipment to SAP.
* QA registration:
– QA notification registration
– Return order handling and credit note
– Supporting local sales on QA audit and coordinating with internal team to complete the audit
* AR Management
– AR (Account Receivable) check
– Payment processing
* Other tasks assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

– Experience related to manufacturing such as Sales/ sales admin, purchasing, planning, …
– Graduated from colleage/university
– Good at Korean/ Korean & English/ Japanese & English / English
– Willing to work under high pressure
– Teamwork, communication skill with customers
* Preferrably:
– Working experience in Korean companies in similar industrial (if any)
– Live in Ha Nam Province
– Experience of using ERP & SAP System
